Keep Team-based Behavioral Health sustainable
HealthJay connects people and rallies them around behavioral health clients to build resilience during recovery. Our goal is to use low-cost, low-barrier technology to supplement in-clinic efforts and foster team-based support in the community for clients, their families, and case managers. Our work includes mental health, SUD, maternal opioid use, justice involved and homelessness.

Just-in-Time Mental Health Services: Saving Costs, Saving Lives
HealthJay has been empowering case managers and clinicians to engage with the hardest-to-reach clients. We break new ground by using a novel video technology:
-
Initiate no-touch, auto-answer welfare checks when clients are out of reach or experiencing a relapse.
-
Provide a 1-click crisis button on the app, enabling clients to call for immediate help.
-
Locate and join available virtual peer groups instantly.
-
Engage in live chat with the support team anonymously.
Community Kiosk
Many clients with behavioral health needs may not have a device or may have lost theirs. To assist case managers with outreach, HealthJay's Community Kiosk serves as a public tool placed in high-traffic locations, acting as service access points.
How does the kiosk work?
-
Simple Setup: Anyone can easily set up this low-cost kiosk.
-
Service Request Button: Allows new clients to enroll with a single click.
-
Resource Bulletin: Share social services, community events, and helpful resources.
-
Self-RSVP: Enable clients to book events or resources directly from the kiosk.
